On this morning's FOX & Friends, Governor Scott Walker said that Wisconsin is Open for Business wasn't just a slogan -- the state was actually creating a business-friendly climate. In June, Wisconsin earned 9,500 new jobs -- more than half of what the entire country earned overall in that period. Watch as the Governor talks about creating jobs in the Badger State.
