Inspired by the new Empire Center report Empire State's Half-Century Exodus, Steven Malanga and the FOX and Friends hosts took a look at what states people are fleeing and why. When there's no economic opportunity and a bad regulatory environment, businesses (and people) are going elsewhere. To where? Florida and Texas are the number one and two destinations and both those states have no income tax. That's not a coincidence. Check out the video.
