Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker appeared on MSNBC's Morning Joe today and defended his successful reforms and policies in the face of some hostile questioning on collective bargaining and the imminent recall election. Sam Stein of The Huffington Post seems to believe that public employee pension and healthcare contributions are unrelated to collective bargaining. Governor Walker noted, "Collective bargaining is not a right, it is an expensive entitlement." Watch here:
