Unelected panel tries to stop pension vote

It's almost hard to believe, but after San Diego officials qualified a pension reform measure for the June ballot, the unions claimed that allowing such a vote was an "unfair labor practice." They took their grievance to the union-dominated Public Employment Relations Board, which tried to issue an injunction to stop the election until that Soviet-esque bureau could make their final determination. A Superior Court judge disagreed. The election goes on. But this shows the lengths that the unions will go to to undermine democracy to protect "their" money. It's sickening.
