Bob Bowdon and his team at Choice Media TV do a tremendous job producing videos about education reform. I know this because they have accomplished something that's not at all easy--making me sound good while on camera. In the following video we talk about excessive teacher compensation in the public sector, the rigidity of union contracts, and the irrational retirement incentives fostered by defined benefit pensions. Give it a watch!
